Best Coffee Beans i have tried so far. The aroma and taste is amazing.

As soon as my order came in today, I ground some of the beans to try. The excellent crema on my first attempt confirmed the freshness of the beans.

This coffee is labeled as a dark roast, but I'd classify it more as a "full roast plus." It strikes a perfect balance. Opening the bag releases a wonderful aroma, which only intensifies during grinding.

Beyond the crema, and aroma, the true test of coffee is its taste, and this one scores exceptionally well. It provides a rich, low-acidity flavor with a deliciously smooth, buttery chocolate taste. It's definitely worth trying, and I already plan to reorder.

We are thrilled that we decided to try this coffee after hearing so much about it. The taste is exceptionally smooth with no bitter aftertaste. It's perfectly dark with a fantastic flavor. We've already purchased our second bag!

This blend is a refreshing variation from our standard espresso roast, and it's evident that the beans were freshly roasted just before being shipped. They had a subtle glossy oiliness typical of fresh roasts. In contrast, the beans available at large retail stores often appear dry because they've been stored for extended periods. Like spices, coffee flavors are fleeting due to their volatile compounds. Once the beans are roasted or ground, they begin to lose their essence rapidly. I value that these beans are roasted specifically when an order is made.
