Espresso Reserve

This is not the kind of coffee I rush through on the way out the door. The flavor changes a little as the cup cools, and I notice more sweetness toward the end. It has a smooth, syrupy texture that makes it feel special.

I usually buy whatever whole beans are available at the grocery store, so I wasn’t sure I would notice much difference. Reserve smells fresher, tastes smoother, and has a much fuller feel in the cup. I’ve started making coffee at home more often instead of stopping somewhere on the way to work.

I don’t own an expensive espresso machine, so I made this in a regular drip coffee maker. I honestly wasn’t expecting much of a difference, but the coffee had more flavor and smelled much fresher than my usual brand. It tasted smooth enough that I used less cream than normal

The aroma is honestly my favorite part. As soon as I open the bag, the whole kitchen smells like freshly roasted coffee. It gets even better while grinding and brewing. I look forward to making it every morning just for that smell. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the bag came in a larger size because I go through it pretty quickly

I love making espresso and Reserve produces a cup that feels richer and more polished than other coffees. I’m not an expert, but the difference in freshness and overall quality was easy to notice.
